It will be next August 24th in the Pebble Beach Elegance Contest when we know live the last creature that will come out of the handicrafts that the French firm has in the town of Molsheim. It will be a wild version of its exclusive Bugatti Chiron , which will be baptized with the name of Divo.
To warm up engines, Bugatti now shows the silhouette of his Divo hidden behind a thin sheet that reveals certain details of design, which will be inspired by the futuristic Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo that created for the sixth installment of said driving simulator.
Competition aerodynamics
To begin, this Bugatti Chiron Divo will bet on a generous fixed rear spoiler, which will be connected to the final part of the roof by a large wing. His wheel arches have also been retouched, in the same way that new cooling intakes appear in his sculptural body.
Bugatti has not revealed any technical details, but this version will be focused on those customers who value driving (even more than those who opt for a Bugatti Chiron Sport ), so the French firm will have considerably reduced the weight of this machine, same way that it will increase its aerodynamic load . Its heart 8.0 W16 with four turbochargers could exceed the 1,500 HP that performs in a \’conventional\’ Chiron, just as they will have worked on its automatic transmission or its all-wheel drive system.
What is known is that the factory in Molsheim only 40 units (probably all have already owner), for which they have to pay no less than five million euros the piece.
