Then the 2019 Audi RS 7 becomes very interesting.
Audi continues to develop the 2019 Audi RS 7 as well as its most sophisticated declination: the RS 7. While it should normally enter the market next year, the first information about this battle tank has just fallen.
EVO journalists were able to ask a few questions to the designer of the ring brand. Marc Lichte then confirmed that this new Audi RS 7 will be sold in two versions.
The first version, the most classic and the least powerful, would be driven by the 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine that will develop around 650 hp. This engine is already equipped with the new Porsche Panamera Turbo and the Bentley Continental GT .
The second version would be hybrid. Like the first version, this hybrid would embark the engine V8 4.0 liters biturbo, which will be reworked by engine manufacturers. On this hybrid declination, the power of the V8 would decrease up to 550 hp. The V8 would be backed up by a lithium-ion battery as well as an electric motor with a power of 150 hp. Thus, the cumulative power on this hybrid version would reach 700 hp!
All the torque will be sent to the quattro system via an eight-speed S-tronic gearbox. With such a datasheet, the Audi RS 7 could easily nail 0-100 km / h in less than 3.5 seconds and spin at over 300 km / h.
Recall that the current generation develops up to 605 hp and 700 Nm of torque (Audi RS 7 Performance) . It is not surprising that the new generation delivers up to 700 hp, which is quite phenomenal …
