In the video below, a Ford of Europe official wanted to apologize on Youtube to customers who paid over 30,000 euros for a 2019/2020 Kuga PHEV that looks like it could catch fire on the go!

Unfortunately, Ford Romania officials did not want to give any answer in this issue, as for apologies!

If you drive a Ford PHEV (and the European Commission says they were also sold in Romania) or Hybrid go to the nearest Ford dealer in Romania and ask for your car to be verified if it has a recall in service!

If it requires the amount of 350 or 500 euros for gasoline while your car is forced to run only on gasoline.

See what the European Commission says HERE!
