While the standard version of the Audi RS 3 develops 400 hp (294 kW), a new Audi RS3 ABT can achieve 500 hp (368 kW) and 570 Nm of torque from the 5-cylinder engine of 2.5 liters. With this power, the sports sedan can reach 300 km / h and go from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds.
To achieve this power boost, ABT Sportsline has developed a new engine ECU – the ABT Engine Control (AEC) – connecting to the car’s one. Added to this are the ABT intercooler and a stainless steel exhaust system specially manufactured by Bavarian preparer. Without this additional equipment, the AEC offers a power of 460 hp (338 kW) and a torque of 530 Nm. The maximum speed in this case is 280 km / h – against 250 km / h on the standard version.
As an option, customers can opt for aerodynamic elements such as an ABT front lip and front grille add-on, a glossy black ABT rear apron consisting of a rear muffler and a more sonic exhaust system with two dual outlets. 102 mm in black chrome. The famous ABT wing inserts are also available.

Apart from that, the anti-roll bars ABT. ABT brakes are also available to improve braking performance as well as various 19- or 20-inch ABT alloy wheels available in the ABT ER-C, ER-F, FR or GR variants.
The tuner offers an ABT aftercooler and an ABT stainless steel exhaust system to help increase power. The company wraps all three parts in the ABT Power R package. This gives the sedan a top speed of 186 miles per hour and a zero to 62 mph time of 3.7 seconds. The AEC unit alone helps the RS3 sedan produce 460 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque, allowing a top speed of 174 mph.
ABT also offers an optional aerodynamic package that includes several ABT brand parts, such as a front lip, a grille insert, a rear apron and wing inserts. The car also receives the ABT muffler system with two double 102 mm pipes finished in black chrome. That’s not all. ABT improves the suspension with its own parts, including ABT suspension springs and anti-roll bars. The German tuner also adds a brake upgrade kit, and the choice of 19- or 20-inch wheels.
The tuner also offers interior options. It seems that the example of the ABT shows some carbon fiber parts added inside, including the steering wheel and the seat bases. There is also “ABT” embroidered on the front headrests.
The Audi RS3 sedan is already a sleeping sedan. The added Audi RS3 ABT bits make its real performance intentions better known to avoid competition.
